This is a Python library of web-related functions, such as:

- Construct HTTP auth header
- Converting HTML pages to unicode
- RFC-compliant url joining
- Sanitize urls (like browsers do)
- Extract arguments from urls

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update python-w3lib' at the command line.
