Python bindings for the ethtool kernel interface, that allows querying and
changing of Ethernet card settings, such as speed, port, auto-negotiation, and
PCI locations.

Update Information:

Updated to v0.10.  Basically just overhauled the internal structures and complexity, featurewise there are no changes.
Updates to the lastest upstream release which fixes several bugs and generally enhances the code base.
