- Ruslan fix build with new cmake. Git checkout from qt4 branch (from which tag 0.3.2 did made).

- Disable offtherecord plugin which is not compatable with new libotr version 4.0 (https://github.com/euroelessar/qutim/issues/298).

- Update to requested 0.3.2 tag with hope fixing few problems (asked in mail by Vladimir Lopatin and bz#1069437.).
