Update Information:

See https://forge.imag.fr/frs/shownotes.php?group_id=187&release_id=418 for information on changes in givaro 3.8.0.

See http://shoup.net/ntl/doc/tour-changes.html for information on changes in ntl 6.2 and 6.2.1.

Upstream notes on the changes in m4ri and m4rie 20140914: The biggest change is that A->offset was dropped. Also, various small (multicore) performance improvements were implemented. The update for M4RIE is to maintain compatibility with M4RI. A few improvements were implemented for the mzd_poly module as well.

All other updates are rebuilds due to the above changes.
