This utility is designed to write a Makefile for an extension module from a
Makefile.PL. It is based on the Makefile.SH model provided by Andy
Dougherty and the perl5-porters.

This release declares optional modules as recommended run-time dependency. Some
of the are needed for generating META files when building CPAN distribution
archives.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
