webkitgtk+ 2.9.91 release.    - Fix performance regression introduced in
previous release when scaling images.   - Fix runtime critical warning when
there are missing media plugins.   - Fix the build on systems with GTK+ compiled
with an old version of wayland.

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update webkitgtk4' at the command line.
