Thank you for reviewing my package. I've just fixed all the issues above and
updated srpm and spec file.

I think it is necessary for opencc-libs to cantain the locale files because the
API function "opencc_perror()" may be called to display the errors.

Actually it is my first package. But how can I find a so-called "sponser"?
