I've been working on an EPEL 5 build.  If I rebuild gtkglext and clipper and
disable the -doc subpackage, it does build, though there are still some
problems.  For instance, the Python path in /usr/bin/coot is wrong, as is the
path for refmac-dictionary.

I'll keep going on this, as time permits.
