Well, this is the strange thing about mid-air collisions. I did experience it
just once - for comment 35 but not comment 37 and also sometimes I'm not given
the mid-air collision and the flags are just changed without any attention from
the site user. I'm not the only one that experienced this AFAIK but
unfortunately I'm not sure when it exactly happens, i.e. how reproducible this
is and what are the exact steps to do that to file a report against Bugzilla
itself.
