Review would be surely easier if the source was splitted into smaller
component, but I guess that this would require a rather huge change upstream :)

I am also quite surprised by the number of BuildRequires, are we sure they are
all needed ?

For the license of eucalyptus-axis2-clients, that's GPLv3, not BSD in the spec
? And if upstream do not ship license, you should ask them to include it
