Is there any particular reason why you've added a custom Qt5.pc file? Upstream
doesn't provide this and other distros like Ubuntu also don't provide this
file. From the looks of it, upstream is expecting developers to use one of the
other pkg-config files which is bundled with Qt5, like Qt5Core.pc. If its only
purpose is to provide variables like the installation paths and the location of
qmake and moc then I guess it would make more sense to ask upstream to add this
information to one of the already bundled pkg-config files like Qt5Core.pc
