FWIW, It doesn't seem like those sections affect the build as they're ignored.
Setting as Approved.

I'm a bit unsure as to the procedure for this particular case, but according to
the relevant docs it's only necessary to state which branches you wish to have
unretired and set the fedora_cvs flag to '?'. From there it should be possible
to claim ownership of the branches in pkgdb. It may also be necessary to open a
ticket with rel-eng to unblock the package in the next release.
