I suggest to move the section 1 manpage (serdi.1*) to the base package as it
documents the command-line utility. 

In order to prevent adding unwanted files, please be a bit more specific in
%files, e.g.:
  %{_mandir}/man1/* => %{_mandir}/man1/serdi.1*
  %{_mandir}/man3/* => %{_mandir}/man3/*.3*
