[OPTIONAL] You may want to require (not BR) the optional PHPUnit ("class
Horde_Argv_TestCase extends PHPUnit_Framework_TestCase")

[OPTIONAL] You may want to s/pear.horde.org/%{pear_channel}/ and then add
"%global pear_channel pear.horde.org"
