Hi,

According to python policy :
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Python#Subpackages

the python3 module should be added only if upstream suggest it, and i didn't
found where this is suggested on http://alembic.readthedocs.org/en/latest/.
Could you clarify this ?
