So, here is my theory:
The SPEC on drupal6-drush does a postun: unlink /usr/bin/drush and the
"erasing" of drupal6-drush is happening after installation of php-drush-drush
rpm.
So, postun is doing an unlink on a good /usr/bin/drush
.....
