Just some ignorable spelling errors.

Your package looks almost fine, just one objection:
The source tarball contains a bundled egg-info. Please remove it before
building your package (in the %prep section):

rm -rf %{oname}.egg-info

BTW, python-setuptools-devel is provided by python-setuptools anyway, you might
use the latter to point to a real package. Not a review blocker, but worth to
think about it.
