Action plan looks absolutely reasonable for me.

We are to update this script as well -

http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:SourceURL#When_Upstream_uses_Prohibited_Code
we need to remove blossom completely, not just disable it.

And in theory we need to package libs from contrib/ separately. :-)
