Hi Antonio,

the package doesnt build. 

You have to write the BuildRequires like that:
BuildRequires: pkgconfig, gettext, ..., ..., ...

also the 

Requires: pycairo, ..., ...

Note: I am not a packanger just on the way to become, so don't count on me to
much ;)!
