Why? CC-BY-SA is good license:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing#Good_Licenses_2

Just extract this two files from public.zip (idealy in %build section) and put
then in %doc.

I see no reason to trust Wildfiregames when they claim that they have
permission from CGTextrures to distribute derived textures under CC-BY-SA 3.0
