Now corrected in current version.

I think I've now got this right.  After having read the packaging docs, I think
I need the %dir command in order to create the pbsclusterviz dirs in order that
they are owned by the package.  Please let me know if this isn't correct.

I will put it on the TODO list.  Is it possible to get this package into
EPEL/Fedora just for python 2.x?
