Christopher is right, just expanding a bit more:

(1) Yes, I'd also prefer to see %{?dist}, because:

    - "it differentiates multiple packages which would otherwise have the same
%{name}-%{version}-%{release}, but very different dependencies."

    - If you use the same spec in RHEL, it'll evaluate {%?dist} to RHEL-7 or
whatever.


(2) Yes, there appears to be a mismatch in the version mentioned in %changelog
entry and Source0 entry.

    2013.1 is the stable release of Grizzly --

(3) Yes, it could be  -- %doc README.rst LICENCE
