It would be helpful if you used the same test files I've shown when showing
that it works on your system -- cssmin.js doesn't seem to have anything to do
with them. Neither of the files I've shown are empty BTW (one has only
comments, the other comments and code) so I don't understand what the comment
about an empty file means.
