Suggestions:
1) Add following to spec
BuildArch:  noarch

%if 0%{?fedora} >= 19
ExclusiveArch:  %{nodejs_arches} noarch
%else
ExclusiveArch:  %{ix86} x86_64 %{arm} noarch
%endif

2) Update to latest upstream
