Packages all build in mock and install on a current F20 x86_64 system.  The
installed version complains: 

Warning: error initializing module Random:
ErrorException("could not load module libdSFMT: libdSFMT: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory")

so you probably need a Requires: dSFMT for the julia package.
