I addressed the font issue by removing the bundled font files.  I can't find
any reference to the fonts in the code.  I think they're included for OGRE's
font rendering package, but I removed them and couldn't see any differences
when running gazebo. 

I've also updated the fpc ticket about bundling ode, by splitting gazebo-ode
into it a separate subpackage.

There's no scratch build due to sdformat still being in updates-testing in f19
and f20 (and broken in rawhide atm).  I'll try to get the rawhide breakage
fixed up once the mass rebuilds start since it's also part of the boost update
in a separate side tag.
