Did you try to build in mock ? The spec is missing some BuildRequires.
I added the following to have a build succeed (in an F21 chroot) :
BuildRequires:    libgcrypt-devel
BuildRequires:    libxslt-devel
BuildRequires:    libmicrohttpd-devel
BuildRequires:    doxygen
BuildRequires:    xmltoman
BuildRequires:    gpgme-devel
