Including the file we are talking about, pretty much verbatim (except perhaps
using a different group name), in one of the main libvirt packages, would be a
resolution to bug 957300.  (This does not automatically mean that this is
precisely the right thing to do, but if this is to be done anywhere it should
be in the main libvirt srpm).
