The patch makes sense.

I suppose the License tag is fine for now.  We'll see what upstream says.  It
can be ammended later.

You can drop some build-time dependencies:
- File::Find and Getopt::Long -- bin/* aren't tested at all
- LWP::UserAgent and Storable -- these modules aren't tested either
