Dang... those appear unsolvable, since fixing it requires manual removal of a
package on an EL5 system and then installing an RPMForge repo, since
perl-IO-Compress is no longer part of EL5. So I'm dropping EL5 support for this
package (tho anyone who wants to do the manual steps can easily use the SRPM to
build their own EL5 RPM and jump through the necessary hoops).

But tool this opportunity to fix a minor typo and tweak the default settings
and will re-push as 1.3.1-4 in a few minutes.
