Missing Requires:
* bash-completion (you install a file in directory owned by this package)
* python-boto

Missing min versions (known as necessary):
* python-six
* python-requires
* python-oslo-* preferably
Others are not necessary, and most of these deps works fine even if slightly
older than specified in requirements,txt

* Source0: use preferably pypi

* Avoid %{version} in %files to reduce gap with delorean packages
