I cannot get this to work at all. rpm building fails with

error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/share/doc/xfpanel-switch/COPYING
    Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/share/doc/xfpanel-switch/COPYING


So, I have done this now - 

%{__install} -Dp -m644 COPYING %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/licenses/%{name}/COPYING
