https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#FilePermissions and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging/Guidelines#DuplicateFiles currently don't link at existing sections in the guidelines. Somebody with write permission in that Wiki section please fix this Thank you!
