"Doesn't work" is, err, rather vague.
ISA in BuildRequires works just fine (buildsys and all). BUT using it in
Fedora infrastructure breaks the SRPM repository & its users (like
yum-builddep) which are built under the assumption SRPMs are
arch-independent.
