[Fedora-packaging] fedpkg build: failed to connect

I thought the koji system was confused but It appears that the build 
eventually completed and the state for
     http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=8873024
changed to closed (and I got an e-mail to that effect).
