</span>It's important to note that "popularity" is not the sole reason for<br>
exceptions for Firefox. Overall, everyone should review the existing<br>
discussion in the guidelines about bundling exceptions and consider how<br>
this might fit in (possibly including revisions if they make sense):<br>
