[Fedora-php-devel-list] packaging with composer

Hi,

I want to update some packages. Sometimes ago it's used pear, now
composer.

Because packager of swiftmailer is non-responsive I've tried update
myself, but can't find documentation. Can you fix this bugs or let me
know howto?
