 Hi guys, can you tag the latest plymouth for f10?

 It fixes:

 1) drop comet
 2) fix scriptlet failing
 3) ships a boot-duration file with the package so boot up is more accurate
 for livecds
 3) fixes problems with sulogin
 4) behaves better when plymouth --hide-splash is called (so you can see
 details)
 5) properly resets terminal colors on quit
