 - add support for STT_GNU_IFUNC on ppc/ppc64, R_PPC_IRELATIVE and
   R_PPC64_{IRELATIVE,JMP_IREL}

 While ifunc support is there for i386/x86_64 for several months, ppc/ppc64
 support appeared very recently.  This version adds the corresponding
 prelink support.
