Comment (by adamwill):

 Re-opening for RC3, though we may not be able to build it right now.

 The builds that should be pulled in, as well as all those for RC1 and RC2,
 are:

  * https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/lorax-17.6-1.fc17
  * https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/anaconda-17.10-1.fc17
  *
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1771/ceph-0.41-1.fc17,gperftools-2.0-4.fc17
  *
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1948/kernel-3.3.0-0.rc3.git7.2.fc17
  *
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1825/mdadm-3.2.3-5.fc17
  *
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1766/dracut-016-1.fc17
  *
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1971/metacity-2.34.2-3.fc17
  *
 https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1909/NetworkManager-0.9.3-0.2.git20120215.fc17
  * https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2012-1953/selinux-
 policy-3.10.0-89.fc17

 These builds fix the following bugs compared to RC2:

 '''Blocker'''

  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=787461 "system halts at
 first reboot after install"
  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=791032 "repoclosure failure
 in 17-Alpha.RC2 DVDs (ceph-0.37-2.fc17)"

 '''NTH'''

  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=787840 "SELinux is
 preventing /usr/libexec/postfix/local from 'sys_ptrace' accesses on the
 None /var/spool/postfix/active/1C60C6EC7."
  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=790537 "[abrt] kernel:
 WARNING: at arch/x86/kernel/traps.c:729
 do_device_not_available+0x33/0x40()"
  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=785737 "update mdadm/mdmon
 to work with systemd unrolling mounts to initramfs mount on shutdown"
  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=790522 "Private /tmp are
 broken"
  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=783712 "No wireless Access
 points - Fedora-17-Nightly Composes and RC-2"
  * http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=794886 "Cannot shut down
 from GNOME with selinux-policy-3.10.0-88.fc17"

 However, one blocker is not fixed by any of the above:
 http://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=794899 ""plymouth" not
 installed in F-17 Alpha RC2 and causes boot to freeze". We have committed
 a change to comps which fixes this bug, but Dennis says that doesn't take
 effect until a full mash is done on the repository, which will take some
 time. We should compose only once that comps change (adding plymouth to
 comps) will go into effect in the compose.
