 I'm retiring elice, therefor can you please block elice from the Fedora-17
 and rawhide collections?

 The main / only reason to package elice for Fedora was to build
 lostlabyrinth, but since lostlabyrinth is no longer 100% free it has been
 removed from Fedora, thereby removing the reason to have elice.
