 2012-08-07 id like to do the mass rebuild 4 weeks before which puts the
 Mass rebuild starting 2012-07-30 as id like it to start on a monday. it
 should take ~3-4 days for the automated rebuild to take place. we will
 then have 3 weeks before branching to fix failures. so ideally the
 features would land no later than 2012-07-13 to allow time for any bugs
 that show up to be fixed. does that work for everyone?
