 And really... reviews should not be the bottleneck here.  Reviews just
 need two people who care about the package.  For getting SCLs that solve
 real-world problems (I have an old rails app that I don't want to port,
 etc) into Fedora that shouldn't be a problem.  The reason we have a long
 queue of packages is because there are a great many niche packages out
 there that the package submitter cares about but no one else.

 We'll likely have more of an issue with bugs that get missed during review
 and we aren't able to get fixed afterwards (some bugs because of fear of
 breaking compat guarantees.   Other bugs because fixing bugs in packaging
 that aren't breaking your own packages but are breaking other people's is
 never as high priority.)
