 What about using step 4 (the metapackage is approved via the new package
 process) to decide if (all) packages should go through the re-review or
 not? It would be pretty nice compromise. With some strict rules like
 packages never packaged in Fedora has to go though the review same way as
 non-SCL ones. But if the only change is SCL-ization of package, reviewed a
 few months ago - there's probably no need to go through the full review or
 just a subset of packages would be required to go through review (big
 changes). With help of GIT, it could be pretty easy for metapackage
 reviewer to see scope of changes.

 Otherwise back to the topics - I think the proposal by Dennis makes sense.
 Has anyone already contacted Pkdb guys? Marcela? If not, I can do it.
