[PATCHES] system-release-product virtual provides and rename of -standard to -nonproduct

Patches are for F21 branch, master will need a merge.

We need to ensure that at least one of the fedora-release-[nonproduct|
$PRODUCT] packages is always installed.

Also, based on feedback on and off-list, we've just decided to run with
-nonproduct rather than -standard (which everyone agreed was not good).
