For the updates repos, the ostree compose could potentially be triggered
as soon as they hit the master mirror.
fedmsg-trigger --topic org.fedoraproject.prod.bodhi.updates.fedora.sync --command …
Once bodhi2 is deployed, and with read access to /mnt/koji/updates, we
could possibly trigger it as soon as the mash is complete via the
bodhi.mashtask.sync.wait fedmsg.
