 Please enable el6 branch and koji builds for these packages:

 python-qpid (branch exists, but disabled for updates/builds)
 qpid-cpp (branch exists, but has dead.package)
 qpid-qmf (no el6 branch)
 qpid-tests (no el6 branch)
 qpid-tools (no el6 branch)
 rubygem-qpid_messaging (no el6 branch).

 I discussed adding these packages to EPEL 6 with RHEL PMs (Subhendu Ghosh
 and Siddharth Nagar), and they do not object.

 THESE PACKAGES WERE RECENTLY REVIEWED FOR F23/EPEL 7, and EPEL 6 packaging
 will be the same as EPEL 7 as much as possible.
