Comment:
So, we're missing one update to build an RC1. But we're very close to go
/no-go, and I have to go to sleep, and the fix may show up while I'm in
bed. I'm gonna file this 'provisional RC1 request' so the compose can be
done before I get back up again if necessary. Please use spin-kickstarts
commit 0bc399cf587cb8c220cd8e5f4d9f784844e77792 for the compose. RC1
should include all of these, plus the updates that were pushed stable
yesterday:

anaconda-23.19.8-1.fc23] for
[https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1261569 #1261569]

gnutls-3.4.5-2.fc23] for

It also must include an update that fixes
[https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1271061 #1271061]. Whenever
such an update appears, please build RC1 with the packages listed above
plus that update. Please **DO NOT BUILD RC1** until that update appears.
