Why do we have two sqlite3 rubygems?

Hi guys,

The obsoletes are in place. You will always get installed 
"rubygem-sqlite3" even if you try to install "rubygem-sqlite3-ruby". 
However the "rubygem-sqlite3-ruby" should be EOLed IMO.
