ruby-dbus status

Well, I am not maintainer of ruby-dbus, but if you want to update and 
use the gem, you will need new review of rubygem-dbus, which obsoletes 
ruby-dbus, anyway. I guess stahnma will not be against. I would also 
suggest to import it just for F18, or may be F17, but not for older Fedoras.
